General Terms. In these Terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Driving School Academy” and “e-Learning Portal” means Driving School Academy.
“You” means the person(s) named on the Subscription.

Here are the terms and conditions for your subscription to Driving School Academy’s e-learning portal. When inside a vehicle, you must only use the e-learning portal when it is safe to do so, in a stationary vehicle, parked with the engine off. At home, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

This is a subscription based service and it is your responsibility to cancel. The subscription can be cancelled at anytime.

1. Subscription Overview:
   By subscribing to Driving School Academy’s e-learning portal, you agree to a weekly subscription fee of £10.99 or a Monthly Subscription fee of £44.50 (saving 5%) from the commencement of your driving lessons or the date you choose to enrol. The payment platform for the Portal is hosted by Stripe.
2. Recurring Payments:
   This subscription involves recurring payments of £10.99 per week/ £44.50 per month until you choose to cancel it. This can be cancelled at anytime. This cost can be reviewed/changed at any time and Driving School Academy will give you at least 30 days notice prior to a price change.
3. Cancellation and Reactivation:
   You have the option to cancel your subscription at anytime. T o manage your subscription status, including reactivating cancelled subscription, please visit the 'My Account' section the Portal.
   • 3a. When you initially sign up to the Driving School Academy’s online portal make sure to sign up in the intended learner drivers details.
4. Payment Management:
   In the event of a failed payment during your subscription, please log in to your 'My Account' to make the necessary payment.
5. Updating Payment Methods and Address:
   You can conveniently update your subscription payment methods and address details by logging into your 'My Account' on the Portal.
6. Contact Information:
   It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information, including email address and phone number , is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to you giving at least 30 days notice and the latest version will be available on the Portal.
8. Compliance with Policies:
   By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions and policies outlined by Driving School Academy.
9. Security Access:
   Your subscription account is for your personal use only. You agree not to share your account credentials or provide access to anyone else. Unauthorised sharing of access will result in the suspension or termination of your account with no refund.
10. Account Access:
    Driving School Academy reserves the right to revoke access to your account if, at our discretion, we deem it necessary. This will occur in cases of violation of our terms of service or for other reasons outlined in our policies. No refund will be issued.
11. Termination of Service:
    Either party may terminate the subscription service in accordance with the terms outlined in these conditions.
12. User Access & Service Availability:
    You will be able to access the online e-learning portal on any device connected to the internet e.g. a mobile phone, tablet or computer . You will need a strong internet connection with good service. Driving School Academy does not take responsibility for the service not working properly if you have little/no signal or internet connection.
    • 12.1 You can only be logged into your account on one device at a time.
    • 12.2 You do not have permission to screenshot, screen record, print or save any of the course content to your personal device. All content must be used whilst on the portal and not downloaded to share to anyone else.
    • 12.3 All content is the property of Driving School Academy and you do not have permission to share it anywhere or to anyone.
13. By subscribing to Driving School Academy's access to the e-learning portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Our opening hours are 10 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and bank holidays. Email responses will be sent as soon as possible but please be aware, it could take 48-72 hours depending on the time of year.
